Data Protection Impact Assessment

DPDP Compliance is not just a one-time compliance; organisations must remain compliant throughout their business life. This is especially true for organisations (a.k.a significant data fiduciaries) where personal data is processed variously across multiple sub-ecosystems.

Section 10 of the DPDP Act legally obliges significant data fiduciaries to periodically audit compliance measures. Data protection impact assessment (DPIA) is an umbrella activity that identifies risks and their overall impact on compliance status so that appropriate remedial action may be taken at the right time in the right measures.

As per DPDP Act 2023, companies need to hold periodic DPIAs. Our tool automates the entire DPIA process by allowing concerned persons/DPOs to conduct DPIAs through a user friendly platform, tracking risks identified during the DPIA, and ensuring all concerned persons know the developments on mitigating these identified risks.

DPIA includes feature-rich dashboards to check compliance position on the fly at multiple levels to help the management monitor entire process, identify bottlenecks and take practical remedial actions to remain compliant
